I am not writing a tutorial for this theme. Will Woodgate, developer of this theme, had enough foresight to include a method of adding a Bannerzest banner in the theme when he created it. Will offers an excellent pdf file for this theme which gives detailed instructions for including the banner. However, follow the instructions carefully. I kept omitting one step and could not make things work. Then I re-read the instructions and it worked flawlessly! The pdf file also has tons of other useful information to help you take full advantage of the theme's many, groundbreaking features.
